The data is based on a survey conducted up-to the 25th September, 2024 and as such it provides a snapshot of activity at a particular point in students post school destinations. This report was produced from data collected and processed by the Positive Steps Management Information Team—in conjunction with training providers, schools, colleges, employers, Career Advisers and young people.

Waterhead Academy will continue to work collaboratively with Positive Steps to ensure that all of our Class of 2024 students continue to receive Careers related advice and guidance beyond the above 26th September destination snapshot should this be required. This will ensure that all of our students will have the best possible chance of progressing onto their preferred post 16 educational/training/employment pathways.
