I am the Enterprise Coordinator, part of the Bridge GM team at Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA). We are working in partnership with The Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) to expand the Enterprise Adviser Network to bridge the gap between education and the world of work.

I manage the Enterprise Adviser Network in Oldham, and support all secondary schools and colleges in the area, including Waterhead Academy, to improve the provision of careers education and provide more opportunities for the students to have high quality and meaningful encounters with businesses. I am supported by senior business volunteers, who work individually with one school or college to develop forward thinking careers education and employer engagement programmes, aligned to the Gasby Benchmarks, the framework for good careers education, information, advice and guidance.
